Hotel Las Palapas Achieves “Distintivo M” Award.

The standard “Distintivo M” is given after a revision of the administrative process of the hotel, which guarantees a service on time, kindness and efficiency to our guests.

The certificate is guaranteed by the “Secretaría de Turismo del Estado Mexicano” and one of the requirements to get it is that the employees participate in a qualification course among with several activities inside the hotel, to guarantee the order and standardization of the necessary processes in the organization.

The duration of the program was two months, including a total of 18 hours per week of training. During the progress of the program, the capabilities, commitment and dedication of our team to overcome guest’s expectations were shown.
