Payments

Your hotel reservation is guaranteed when
we receive by fax your credit card details including your signature.
The amount due will be charged upon your departure from the hotel.
Our fax number: ++52 (984) 873 04 58. We accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express.
You may also transfer the amount due to our
bank account 15 days before your arrival. Banking details will
be given to you upon request.

Cancellations

In case of last minute cancellation, no-show or early departure
we charge following cancellation fees:

Surcharge
|

Christmas and New Years gala dinners each have a surcharge of
US$50.00 per person (50% discount for children from 6 to 12 years).

By submitting your reservation,
you confirm that you have read and accepted the general conditions
of Hotel Las Palapas, Playa del Carmen.
When making your reservation through one of our partners, such
as a travel agency or a tour operator, the general conditions of
that partner apply.
